It's important that you have Night Shift, True Tone (iOS-specific) and all other modes that may affect the screen brightness and/or colours are turned off during your measurements in the OKKO Health app, to ensure accurate results. Ways in which to turn off these settings depends on the device you have. Below is examples on how to do this on Android, and on iOS.
Android - Samsung Example
Samsung has got two Screen Mode settings available: Natural and Vivid.
- Vivid: This optimizes the color range, saturation, and sharpness of your display. You can also adjust the display color balance by color value.
- Natural: This adjusts the screen to a natural tone. This is the setting you should have activated whilst engaging with the OKKO Health app.
Here is how to select Natural Screen mode:
- Open the Settings app on your device, then tap Display.
- Tap Screen mode.
- Select the Natural Screen mode.
