The OKKO Health application supports most smartphones running Android 9 or later, and iOS 13 or later (this means that iPhone 6 and earlier models are not supported, as they run on IOS 12). We have additional requirements - these are technical, and if you're not sure if your device meets them, please contact support@okkohealth.com so that we can help you find out if your device is supported. These requirements are that the device must:
- Have screen pixel density of at least 250 pixels per inch, but below 600 pixels per inch, a screen resolution width of at least 720 pixels and physical width of at least 5.5cm
- Have a physical screen brightness within a usable and comfortable range within typical environments
- Does not have screen magnification or increased screen contrast/screen colour modifications enabled while using the app
We do not currently support any foldable devices.
As a company we are taking steps toward making the OKKO Health app as accessible as possible. We continuously aim to build our technology for a larger variety of devices. As there are many challenges to overcome, please be patient with us.
