This article explains how to create an account with OKKO Health.
*Please note: in order to create an account with OKKO Health, you must have been given an 'unique code' from either your eye care professional, eye clinic or by OKKO Health.
1. Open the OKKO Health app
2. Tap 'Create Account'.
3. Enter the code you were given by your eye care professional, eye clinic or by OKKO Health.
4. Make sure you read through OKKO Health's privacy policy. Once you are ready, tap the toggle on 'I understand' and then tap 'Continue'.
5. Enter the email address you'd like to use for your OKKO Health account, and then create a password following the guideline. Repeat password, and then tap 'Create Account'.
6. You will be sent a 6 digit verification code to your email address. Check you inbox and enter the code you have been sent into the app.
7. Once you have done this, you will be prompted to log in. Once you log in, enter your name and date of birth for your profile.
8. You will then be prompted to setup quick access, which saves you having to enter your email and password every time you use the app. If prompted to use the biometrics for your device i.e. touch or faceID, you may choose to accept or decline. If you decline to use the existing security method you use on your device, you will need to create a 4 digit pin code.
7. You have now successfully created an account with OKKO Health! As soon as you're ready, we recommend measuring your vision, by tapping 'measure vision' on the home screen.
