How to create an account

This article explains how to create an account with OKKO Health.

1. Open the OKKO Health app

2. Tap 'Create Account'.

3. Enter the code you were given by your eye care professional, eye clinic or by OKKO Health. Then click 'Confirm' to proceed.
 

4. Read through the clinic details to confirm you've entered the correct code associated your clinic. Then hit 'Confirm'.

5. Enter the email address you'd like to use for your OKKO Health account, and then create a password following the guideline. Repeat password, and then tap 'Create Account'.

6. Make sure you read through OKKO Health's privacy policy and terms and conditions, by tapping the respective blue text. Once you are ready, tap on the white text to confirm you've read and agreed. Then tap 'Create Account'.

   

6. Next you'll be presented with the Instructions for Use. Tap to download and read. Then hit 'Continue'. You'll be presented with a pop-up informing where you can access the Instructions for Use again, if you wish to. Tap 'Got it!' to continue. 

7. Once you have done this, you'll be asked enter your name and date of birth for your profile (if you're not part of a anonymised clinical trial group).

8. You will then be prompted to setup Easy Sign-in, which saves you having to enter your email and password every time you use the app. If prompted to use the biometrics for your device i.e. touch or faceID, you may choose to accept or decline. If you decline to use the existing security method you use on your device, you will need to create a 4 digit pin code.

7. You have now successfully created an account with OKKO Health! As soon as you're ready, we recommend measuring your vision, by tapping 'measure vision' on the home screen.
