How to reset a password

Instructions on how to reset your account password if you forgot it.

1. Open the OKKO Health app, and tap 'Sign in'. Then tap 'Forgot Password?'

2. Now you will see the page below. Type in the email address you used when you signed up to OKKO Health. Now, click "Send Reset Code" to send a reset link to your email.

3. You will receive an email with an account conformation code. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk folder. Now, enter the code provided into the app and select 'Reset Password'.

4. All set, you can now log back in with your new password.
