How can I download my data to show my clinician?

Click ‘More’ in the bottom left corner of the home screen, then click ‘Download my data’ - here you can choose to download a PDF, which provides you with a visual overview of your results, or the raw Data CSV file, which you could open in software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to see detailed results.

We recommend downloading the PDF report because it gives a summarised overview of your data that is printable and easy to understand, but provides more detail than the results screen in the app.

If you click ‘PDF’, a PDF of your results will appear on the screen. From here, you can press the ‘share’ icon in the bottom left corner of your screen, and multiple sharing options are given. For example, you could then email this report to yourself and print it out from your computer.
