How to Update the App
1. If you are using an iPhone/iPad, go to the App Store OR if you are using an Android device, please go to the Play Store.
2. Search for the OKKO Health app.
3. Press the little button next to the app which says 'UPDATE'.
4. You will see a little moving circle indicating that the app is being updated. When it has finished updating, you will see the button change to say 'OPEN'.
5. Click the button that says ‘OPEN’ and you will be taken to the OKKO Health app.
(When you open the OKKO Health app, you will not need to log in again - you should be taken straight to the screen where you input your four digit pin)
6. You may be required to create a pin (this can be the same as last time), then you can play the app as usual!
