This article explains how to view your OKKO Health results in the app.
1. When in the OKKO Health app, tap the 'Results' tab at the bottom of the screen.
Make sure you read the disclaimers properly. It is important to note that your OKKO Health results are an indication of your eye health. If you are worried about you eye health, please contact your eye care professional.
2. No results available, or results locked? Not to worry - if you are new to the OKKO Health app, you will need to complete your vision baseline before you can view your results i.e. 6 measurements for each eye, on 6 different days. You will see how you're progressing on the home screen.
Your results are always submitted instantly after completing a measurement, but because of the way we average your weekly results to reduce the variability, you will only see last weeks results on the Monday of the following week.
Why do I have to wait up to 7 days for my latest results?
Results in the OKKO Health app are shown as weekly averages. Data collected in the OKKO Health app are naturally variable (due to lighting conditions, if you are tired on the day etc.). Therefore, we recommend engaging at least 3 times per week to ensure accurate results.
